Hello November
Hello Loves,
It's hard to believe that Thanksgiving is only TWO WEEKS AWAY! Crazy, right?
I'm so ready for the holidays; a time of fun with friends and family members, much needed relaxation, and yummy food. Although this time of year is filled with joy and happiness, it can also be a period of stress and anxiety.
Here are a few tips on how to stay peaceful (and sane) during the holiday season:
1. Make time for yourself. Take a moment to do something for you. Carve out an hour to do something that makes you happy :)
2. Be selective in how you spend your "free" time with others. Yes, we all love being invited to holiday parties and swanky get-togethers, but sometimes it's much more enjoyable to curl up with a cup of hot cocoa and your significant other and watch a movie!
3. Practice a few basic yoga poses that will relax the body and unwind the mind.
*I will be sharing a couple quickie flows and exercises soon on the blog.
Sending lots of inspiration your way <3
