Travel To Bliss

Hello Loves,

About seven months ago in January 2014, I began my 200-hr Yoga Alliance Teacher Training. I decided that it was time to learn how to truly manage my stress levels, take control of my happiness, and travel to place of bliss. 

Yoga has taught me how to control my thoughts and reactions when life seems complex and overwhelming. 

In two months, I will be completing my training and I can honestly say that the journey has been wonderful. I encourage you to try yoga at least once :) the mental and physical benefits for the body are unparalleled.
