Life Is Short

Hello Loves,

Life is short. It really is. For the past two months, my dad has been sick. It progressed from what he though has the flu to bronchitis to undiagnosed pneumonia. 

The pneumonia caused a critical abscess to form in my dad's left lung. Oh and his left lung was enclosed in a fluid sac!! How crazy, right?

He ended up having surgery and recovering in the hospital for about a week. Everything happened so fast. 

The doctors told my family that the condition was very critical and it was possible that he may not make it. 

In moments like that you realize what your priorities are...you also realize that all those little things that you fuss and complain about don't matter anymore. 

Take time to enjoy every moment and every day...the good and the bad. We all have moments of failure and defeat, but don't let them get you down! Push yourself back up and remind yourself of what is really important - family, friends, love, health, and happiness.
